Date: April 5 - November 2
The Science of Survival: Your Planet Needs You! is an exhibition into the future. Have you ever thought how life will be in the year 2050? What kind of food will you be eating? How will you travel? What type of house you will be living in? How will you and our planet survive considering changing climate and dwindling resources?
Accompanied by four virtual guides, Dug, Tek, Eco and Buzz, The Science of Survival is an attempt to meet challenges like creating the kind of neighborhood you would want to live in, designing a super-food and finding water in unusual places.
In the exhibition you will be surprised to learn about new technologies and ideas that could make a big difference now and in the future like jeans made from sugarcane and a net that collects drinkable water from fog.
You can also contribute your ideas and innovations to the exhibition in building the Future City.
