Afrika! Afrika! was first curated by Andre Heller for the first time in December 2005 where more than 100 artists, dancers, singers and musicians performed a celebration of Africa. Since then the event has seen more than two million visitors. You can see Africa in all its vibrant color, music and dance featuring performers from 17 different African nations including Algeria, Benin, Cameroon, Ghana, Nigeria and Senegal, speaking 23 different dialects. Expect amazing performances from Tanzania artists, hip-hop break dancers, the master contortionist and the South African Gumboot dance. These high wire performances will keep you entertained.
