Events - October
Date: October (annual)
Time: 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm

The International Halloween Festival is the largest Pagan festival in Europe. The festival is hosted by Queen Mary College in Mile End.

At this two-day festival expect weird and wonderful events including an elaborate Halloween ritual, witchcraft, folk and rock music, free lectures and workshops concentrating on the dark and earthly arts, information about Paganism and a craft market.

Morris dancing is one of the main highlights of the weekend. It is about altogether darker affair featuring the Wild Hunt, Wolfs Head and Vixen Morris dancers, "when the magic flows dark, secretly in the dead of night, with tatters flying and staves clashing". And it is not the familiar skipping, jangling and leaping to be seen on village greens in the summertime.

To maintain Raven Wood money will be raised.

Entry fee is £13 and for 2 days it is £20.
