The Geffrye Museum displays the variation in the styles of English middle-class interiors which was witnessed from 1600 to the present day in London. It is presented through a series of period rooms. The museum also features elegantly designed almshouses belonging to 18th century with attractive gardens. The gardens also include an award-winning herb garden and different period gardens. It is open through out the year for children, families and adults. The admission to the museum is free. Open through out Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm and on Sunday and Bank Holiday Mondays from noon to 5pm.
