The Imperial War Museum displays a full range of military weapons which played a major role during the World War I and Blitz campaign on London. In the museum you will also get through the statistics of war and casualties. The interesting fact of the museum is that it was once the lunatic asylum until 1930 and Charlie Chaplin’s mother had once stayed here. There is also a section in the museum which is known as Secret War Gallery. The Imperial War Museum is located in south London and has well-connected to Elephant & Castle, Lambeth North or Waterloo tube lines. The museum is open daily from 10am till 6pm.
